The Blackberry Pearl 9100 Mobile Phone is supposed to be the next member in the Pearl line-up. The initial Pearl did have its charm and so does the new one. Like most Blackberry handsets turn out to be tweaked versions of already existing ones, perhaps this new mobile handset might also be a modified and perhaps a slightly upgraded version of the first Blackberry Pearl.

Reports from Crackberry mention the code name of this handheld to be Striker/Stratus. There's a slight confusion here though.

No specifications of the new Blackberry are out yet. However, this gadget is supposed to be 3G capable. A camera and an LED flash are seen too, the resolution is not known though.

The Blackberry Pearl 9100 Smartphone seems to have borrowed some of its design from the Blackberry Bold 9700, with a narrower case. As seen in the pictures, the SureType keyboard style has been used here, like the other Pearls. Since no more specs are out, we just need to wait and keep our eyes open.
