The Fly SLT 100 Bluetooth Mobile Phone was the third model from Fly that hit the market last year and its maiden touchscreen venture. This one is a remarkable model that accomplishes almost all the functionalities of a new generation phone and most of all comes at an economic rate as opposed to its dearer counterparts. The slide model does not compromise in its looks too, coming clad in pink and black.
A Versatile Device
A bit sluggish for the absence of the HSDPA technology or the 3D compliances, the device is purely a GPRS phone. However, it employs the USB and Bluetooth features to gain some of the lost space in the connectivity sphere. An Infrared port is also provided for an extra push here. Browsing is realised by a prompt WAP structure.
As a satisfactory business phone, the device facilitates messaging via an E-mail Client and MMS apart from the conventional SMS. Being a Triband GSM model, it also allows itself into almost every country. All these factors can only be materialised with a good touchscreen and this phone does exactly that with sharp and bright aspects. A smart stylus substantiates the handwriting recognising capability of the phone's touchscreen. The keypad, in its turn offers the predictive text support along with a T9 dictionary in the messaging sector.
Appreciable Camera and Music Player
The 2 MP camera of the model comes with an LED flash to capture satisfactory images. Further, it also offers some digital zoom and in the video mode, there emerges the service of a continuous torch illumination for capturing scenes in darker conditions. The media player also excels with MP3 files to play and a Bluetooth stereo support for realising wire free stereo output. An efficient FM Radio that discloses the world of a galaxy of FM stations is also worth mentioning here.
