Garmin Asus Nuvifone A50 Mobile Phone

Garmin Asus Nuvifone A50 has reportedly improved on many of the shortcomings of the Garmin Nuvifone G60. This new mobile phone was on display at the MWC event in Barcelona. Powered by Android 1.6, this handset is the first Garmin phone sporting the Google OS. There was one more handheld that Garmin had to show off - the Garmin Asus Nuvifone M10, which is a Windows mobile 6.5.3 phone.

The Android on the A50 has been topped by the Breeze UI, which brings about considerable changes to the interface. A 3.5" 320 x 480 pixels resolution screen with capacitive touch capability is present. On the inside there is a 600MHz Qualcomm processor. Memory-wise, there's 256MB of RAM, 256MB of ROM, an internal 4GB memory as well as a microSD card slot.
