HTC has announced its latest handset HTC Sensation mobile phone. This mobile phone is known as a multimedia superphone for its coming packed with most of the latest features. This smartphone works with a Qualcomm MSM 8260 Snapdragon 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and Android v2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

The networking capabilities of this smartphone supports 2G with quad band GSM and 3G with HSDPA. The data link features available in this smartphone are GPRS, EDGE and 3G. The local short distance connectivity features are microUSB and Bluetooth. WLAN facility is also available in this device. Internet browsing in this handset is supported by HTML. The navigation feature is provided by A-GPS reciever.

Another attractive fact about HTC Sensation smartphone is the inclusion of an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and dual LED flash. Some of the other supportive features are Geo-tagging, instant capture, touch-focus, image stabilization, face detection, video recording at 30 frames per second at a resolution of 1080 pixels, stereo sound recording and a secondary VGA camera. The music and video player of this smartphone supports MP3, MP4, AAC+, WAV, WMA, XviD, H.263, H.264 formats.

HTC Sensation smartphone comes with a 4.3 inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen display of 16 million colours and 540 x 960 pixels. HTC Sensation smartphone weighs 148 grams and measures about 126.1 x 65.4 x 11.3mm. The Li-Ion mAh stanard battery is efficient to offer up to 8 hours talktime and 350 hours standby.
