LG Arena KM900 Mobile Phone
LG Arena KM900 Mobile Phone is a new candy bar type mobile phone that has been recently released in the markets. This device has dimensions of 55.3 mm (W) x 12 mm (D) x 105.9 mm (H) and weighs about 105 grams. The phone comes in Silver, Titan Black and Dusty Pink coloured cases. It displays the images on a 3" touch screen LCD display which incorporates TFT technology of resolution 480 x 800 pixels.It has an internal memory of 8GB storage capacity and a slot is provided for a microSD card with a storage capacity up to 16GB. A 5 mega pixel camera of resolution 2592 x 1944 pixels with auto focus and LED flash is provided in the phone. This LG mobile phone also makes provision for a second camera. The camera uses a CMOS optical sensor and has an 8x digital zoom. It can also be used as a video recorder with a resolution support of 720 x 480 pixels. Geo-tagging is yet another feature of this mobile.
The mobile supports WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML browser along with Bluetooth 2.1, built in class 12 GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA connectivity. Messaging can be done by way of SMS, MMS, EMS, email as well as instant messaging. It supports POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP email protocols. Other features include Document Viewer, Call Timer, Conference Call Capability and Speakerphone facility.
Now, talking about the various multimedia features, the MP3 player supports MPEG-4, 3gp, H.263 video and AMR audio, H.263 and H.264 formats. It also supports WAV, WMA, AAC, AMR, MP3 and MIDI standards. Speech codecs that are supported by the mobile are EFR, FR, HR and AMR. FM radio is yet another facility of this phone. It has a DivX/XviD/MP4 player as well.
This mobile phone comes with GPS system as well as Google maps. Documents can be viewed in DOC, XLS, PPT and PDF formats. Messages can be typed in T9 format. Other applications that are provided in this phone are organizer, calendar, alarm clock, games, calculator and voice memo. The operating frequencies of the phone are GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 and 3G - HSDPA 2100.
The LG Arena KM900 5MP Camera Mobile Phone works on a Li-Ion 1000mAh standard battery that works up to 300 h in stand-by mode and up to 3h 50 minutes during talk time. When music is played, its life is up to 30 hrs. Included accessories are Power adapter and headphones.
