LG Optimus 2X Mobile Phone is a new mobile phone from LG. This is the first mobile phone to come with a dual core processor. The high-end mobile phone has a very attractive design.The new LG mobile phone has a 16M TFT capacitive Touchscreen. The 4.0 inches display supports a maximum resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Gyro sensor and Touch-sensitive controls are offered. The primary camera in the device is an 8 MP Camera with auto focus and LED Flash.
The camera supports 1080p video recording. A 1.3 MP secondary camera is also availed for video calling.
The messaging options provided are SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Email and IM. GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, HSUPA, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB are available in the device.
LG Mobile comes with an ARM Cortex A9 1GHz dual-core processor and Android operating system v2.2 Froyo, upgradeable to v2.3.
HTML Browser, Radio, A-GPS, Social networking integration, TV-out (720p video) via HDMI port, Google Search, Maps, Gmail, Digital compass, YouTube, Google Talk, MP4/H.264/H.263/WMV player, MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ player, Document viewer, Organiser, Voice memo/dial/commands and Predictive text input are availed.
A MicroSD Card slot with up to 32GB support is provided. LG Optimus 2X Camera Mobile Phone has a Li-Ion 1500 mAh standard battery. 850,900, 1800 and 1900 GSM networks and HSDPA networks can be accessed by the device. A speakerphone and a 3.5mm audio jack are provided.
