LG have made a part 2 of the LG Rumor 2 mobile phone. This new mobile handset is called LG Rumor Touch. It not only surpasses its predecessor in specifications, but also includes a 3" WQVGA touch sensitive display. The slide out QWERTY keyboard has found its way into this new cell phone too. LG flaunted another QWERTY keyboard mobile phone this time at CES as well - the LG Lotus Elite clamshell.

The LG Rumor Touch mobile phone is exclusive to Sprint in the US, and hence will not show up in the UK market. But nonetheless, a trip down specifications lane will not cause any harm.

This mobile handset offers 3G capability, which the older Rumor lacked. It supports the EV-DO Rev. 0 standard. Social networking will thus be a piece of cake with this handheld. A Facebook application is said to be present in it too. Moreover, it promises to offer high speeds for uploading pictures to Photobucket as well.

A 2MP camera, GPS with Sprint navigation software, memory expansion up to 32GB with microSD cards and Sprint services like Sprint TV, Sprint Music, email are all offered. The LG Rumor Touch Mobile Phone will be shipping in this quarter. Pricing details have not yet been mentioned. The gadget will initially be available only in blue colour. Eventually, other colours will follow.
