
The fanboys of the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone finally sees some light at the end of the tunnel as it has been announced that this much awaited smartphone will be launching on the 1st of May 2011.
The people that had gathered around the websites and the high street outlets for knowing details on the arrival of Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone last week were disappointed by an announcement that the release date has been pushed back.
As a matter of fact, the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone were to be in the stores by now, but was delayed by the company due to its wanting to arm this mobile phone with a dual core 1.2 GHz processor instead of the 1GHz processor that was planned orginally.
The release date was switched by Play.com to the 6th of May; although certain other soucres were found to be less optimistic as they resorted largely to June for a possible date.
Samsung, presently has stepped forth, according to a report on the website Metro.co.uk, and gave the confirmation that Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone would be launched on 1 May 2011. However, this day being a Sunday seems a bit odd.
