Apple had condemned Samsung for infringing the company's design rights and had approached the German courts in August. The company, Apple had won the injunction and this has prevented Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 from appearing ay the IFA technology show, the Europe important gadget event. Besides, all the marketing strategies of the tablet are banned.

This Android based model is banned in Germany and Australia. A temporary banning of the model in the EU region, excluding Netherlands was also passed by the Duesseldorf court. However, the court has exempted the ban in the country of its origin.

Samsung has already taken the Apple's criticism seriously and is giving attention in the design of their tablets. At the end of September further hearing will be carried on for the case.
