As per the news of last week, Google was not interested in 'Google Music' remaining
simply as a storage for MP3. Instead, Google wanted to set up its own MP3 store. Andy Rubin confirmed it this week. He did not go into detail, but said that it will not be just another 'iTunes'.
A news has just spread that Google will allow users to share bought out tracks with their friends.
Yet another rumour is that the users can send a copy of the track they bought for their friends. Those users can have access to the songs for a short while.
The recording companies will be pleased with this facility. It will be a wonderful advertising opportunity for them.
