Grant of 1.3 Million Pounds Has Been Invested By Cambridge Angels to Solve Mobile Phone Overloads
Cambridge Communication Systems has managed to raise an amount of 1.3 million pounds that is planned to be invested in the primary phase of deploying their small-cell microwave backhauling system to overcome the problems of overloading that the mobile phone providers are faced with.

The funding campaign was set off by the founder of Cambridge Angels, Mr. Robert Sansom, who would soon be the Chairman of the company. The campaign was also supported by David Cleevely, the Chairman of Cambridge Wireless and also by Cambridge angels, Cambridge Capital Group and Imperial Innovations.

An inexpensive, high performance solution is being created by CSS, situated at Castle Park in Cambridge to solve the issues regarding backhaul in small-cell mobile communications networks.
