More than one out of four homes of the United States, or the other words only 26.6 per cent of homes in the country had a wireless phone(mobile phone) as of 2010 June. Still this was up from the 2007 tally of 13.6 per cent.

Nevertheless, a recent survey has shown that the percentage of wireless-only households in the United States rised in every state, ranging from Arkansas' 35.2 per cent to Rhode Island's and New Jersey's 12.8 per cent.
