The company HTC has acknowledged that its mobile phones are running 10 minutes faster. Responding to this complaint the company said that the customers will get a quick rectification of time update. Company also conveyed its apologies for the inconvenience caused by the wrong timing.

HTC phones on Android are running 10 minutes ahead over the last 24 hours and people all over the UK are experiencing the same problem. However, the problem appears only if users are operating network-based time in the settings.

This same problem is happening in Spain too. Some customers said that when they switch to Wi-Fi network, things get back to normal. Several fixes appearing on the forums like switching off the mobile phone has not solved the problem, says Sensation or Desire users.
