The smartphone LG E900 (Optimus 7) on Windows Phone 7 is all set to be launched in the market shortly, as news leaks have indicated it could be in October 2010. It's sure to have a camera, maybe a 5 megapixel, as it is a full touchscreen phone that has the the Windows Phone 7 (WP7) mobile operating system loaded, the latest platform being promoted by Microsoft, which plans to put future phone devices on it. WP7 hardware partners Asus, LG and Samsung have been trying them out in prototypes earlier. WP7 has got good reviews recently and so the
LG mobile phone is to offer is much awaited, although official sources are silent.
The phone would be feature rich as it faces a highly competitive market. This phone will be featuring a 3.8-inch touchscreen of 800 x 480 resolution, powered by a 1GHz processor, having 16GB internal storage and powered by a removable 1500 mAh battery.
