LG will soon be bringing 3 new mobile phones targeted at the youth crowd to the market. These handsets belong to the LG Wink Series.

The LG Wink will be an entry-level handset with a 2.4" touchscreen. It will come packed with entertainment features like FM radio, media player, a 3.5mm headphone jack, extra memory with microSD cards and plenty more.

The LG Wink Style, as the name suggests will suit the fashion conscious crowd. It will have similar features as the LG Wink, except for its larger touchscreen, which is said to measure 2.8" diagonally.

The LG Wink 3G will support 3G networks. It will be more advanced in terms of technology than its other siblings. Internet access will be quicker when a 3G signal will be available. There will be push-delivery for emails too.

A report from Pocket-lint mentions that the name "Wink" has been replaced by "Cookie", to prevent misuse and abuse of the former word.

While a specific UK release date has not been mentioned, these LG mobile phones are expected to release in the Europe in mid-August. Prices are supposed to be quite reasonable as well.
