Mobile customers of UK happier with service in 2011
A recently carried out study on the United Kingdom mobile phone customer satisfaction for the year 2011 showed that the mobile device customers in the country were more satisfied with the service cost, coverage quality and call quality than they were in 2010.

The research was carried out by popular survey firm J.D. power and assocates.

The research firm gauged the customer satisfaction with pay per month mobile price plan and pre-pay mobile plans of the major mobile networks of the United Kingdom, covering almost all aspects from coverage and call quality to customers service tariff prices and the mobile device itself.

The agency used a maximum of thousand points to measure overall customer satisfaction. Incidentally 707 points were averaged by the customers of pre pay mobile phones, which shows a rise of 18 points from last years score. Customers on pay per month delas raised their score to an average of 698 by 25 points.

The most significant improvement could be noted in coverage, prices and call quality.
