A few pictures of the Motorola Sholes Tablet have been leaked out along with a few specs too. The Sholes tablet resembles the Motorola Droid smartphone. However, the tablet will be a full touchscreen device without any physical QWERTY keyboard.

The Sholes Tablet is supposed to be retailed under the name of Motorola XT701 in China, through China Unicom. There's a lot of speculation and hope regarding the release of this gadget in the UK and US markets.

Other features and specifications known right now are that this device will be based on Google's Android v2.1. It sports a 3.7" LCD touch-sensitive screen, a 5 Megapixel camera, an FM radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The unit is supposed to be highly durable too. You can also expect 3G networking, high speed processing and other entertainment features.
