Nokia introduces Symbian smartphones
The popular mobile phone company based in Finland has unveiled the launch of its first updated Symbian software-run smartphone, which flaunts a faster browser fresh icons and enhancements.

It was announced by the mobile phone giant that the two smartphone models that would be launched by it initially would come with better text input, refreshed OVi map application and a longer battery life.

The OVi map applications that come with the new updated Symbian smartphones of Nokia will also present an enhanced search and fresh routes of public transport.

The Nokia E6 smartphone that comes with a high resolution touchscreen and a standard QWERTY type keypad has been aimed mainly at corporate customers, while the other model, Nokia X7 smartphone is predominantly a handset focusing on entertainment.

The Nokia X7 entertainment-focused smartphone lives up to its name by offering a 4 inch touch display, which presents itself on the games mode.

Nokia said that its fresh Symbian software update can also be availed for previously launched major models that include; Nokia N8, Nokia C7, Nokia C6 and Nokia E7 smartphones.
