Will the next Nokia Lumia be launched in the beginning of the coming month?
There seemed to be a bout of news in Nokia of late and the most interesting was the prospective forthcoming release of their new flagship mobile phone specially made for the windows Phone 7.
As per a report published, there was an image of the Nokia Lumia 900 on the My Nokia Blog site.
This image revealed that the Lumia 900 would resemble the Lumia 800, though it would sport a bigger 4.3inch Clearblack, AMOLED screen with 4G LTE support and a camera that would face the front of the handset.
It is anticipated that the mobile phone would be launched the coming month at CES, however the fact remains that this was just hearsay.
More news that came trickling in revealed that Nokia had not really got the start that it had anticipated with the Microsoft User Interface.
This was mentioned earlier during the time of the release of the Lumia 800, though some of the other devices were better off. However the most recent morsel that came out from the website of Mobiles Please was that the Lumia 900 sales too were rather sluggish.
The Lumia 800 had only been able to manage a 0.2% of the smartphones share.
It is true that it stands in rather poor perspective however such poor figures wouldn't augur well for the device.
As per a survey conducted by Exane BNP Paribas revealed that there seemed to be a sort of disinterest in the Lumia 800 in Europe, and only 2% of the people who took the survey stated that they would select the Lumia if they were to buy a new mobile phone.
It is hoped that better official launch sales would help to take the Nokia figures higher soon.
