CNN reports that Nokia has decided to make payment or give incentives to Windows Phone application developers with a view to have good collection of applications during launch, whenever it takes place.

The developers are assured that their applications will be pre-installed in the new phones.

Nokia is also ready to finance for software development, apart from application promotion.

The developers are provided attractive compensation, assistance and marketing facilities in concurrence with Microsoft, which has neither accepted nor refuted the news. In fact, it can be recollected that Microsoft had made such payments earlier.
