Chiltern Railways primarily connects Birmingham to the Maryleborne sStation of London via the Chiltern Main Line. Thjousands of commuters depend on this line to get to and from their home. This means that life has turned out a bit easier at present with the announcement made by Chiltern of a fresh mobile ticketing plan, which allows the passengers to use their Nokia mobile phones to buy and download train tickets through a dedicated application for their forthcoming journeys on the network.

The application that has been developed by Masabi, a company based in London can be used to purchase as well as download e-train tickets that can be scanned by the readers set up in stations. Masabi has developed the application in consultation with Atos Origin.
