
The customers have been told by the leading mobile phone network of the United Kingdom, Vodafone UK that its network in the country had suffered a serious issue last day afternoon.
There was a high priority P1 fault which had come through data and voice on the network of Vodafone, according to the content of a message sent to the customers by the company. The message added that the fault was being completly assessed at the moment and that they would confirm as they recieved further updates.
Vodafone has not yet disclosed the nature of the fault, although the twitter feed of the company showed an increase in complaints regarding incompetent service over the last few hours.
The mobile operator has advised the customers to review the guidance given by the company on glitches before contacting one of their representatives.
One possibility for the fault is that the outage pertained to the robbery that had set back massive sections of the network of Vodafone last month.
