The leading electronics firm
Sony Ericsson has finally decided to launch its high-tech gaming mobile phone based on its successful play station gaming service. Incidentally, this decision of the mobile phone maker comes after years of speculation and months of data leak.

The Facebook page of Sony Ericsson currently displays the information that a comprehensive unveiling of its play station mobile phone will be taking place on Sunday 13th February at 6PM.
The advertisement on the Facebook page that reveals the unveiling of play station mobile phone highlights everything with a punch line, 'Android is ready to play'.
Since the second half of the year 2010, the talks about the launch of a playstation mobile phone has been quite wide spread. However, Bert Nordberg's admission that there has been a lot of smoke leading to the possibility of a fire somewhere and that an interesting as well as strong offering was being planned by Sony in the gaming market, was the closest to an official announcement.
Bert Nordberg is the chief exceutive officer of Sony Ericsson.
The leaks had however touched fresh hikes in January when Engadget, the popular technology blog site had managed to lay its hands on the gadget. The website, however, failed in giving details on the exact playstation software going to be engaged by the phone.
