
It has been reported that the Samsung's new smartphone Galaxy S2 is currently coming pre installed with the Gingerbread version operating system of Android. The new Gingerbread 2.3 boasts of new consumer friendly features.
The new Android Gingerbred 2.3 version operating system is simple to use and functions at greater speeds even during carrying out multi-task operations. The new Android 2.3-fitted Galaxy S2 comes with a soft key board that enables the user to input or edit text anytime more conviently.
The user can press the Galaxy S2 smartphone's soft keyboard with more accuracy even during performing high speed typing. A built in dictionary also comes with the key board of the Galaxy S2 smartphone. The dictionary is capable of providing suggestions in an easy to read larger font.
The new Android 2.4 operating system lets the user enter either number or symbol by simply pressing 123+<symbol> and shift + <letter>. This means the user is not required to switch manually to different modes. Further more the rest of the numbers, characters and symbols can even be entered by holding pressed the special key and sliding it to select the special character. The user can also copy and paste using a sole button.
The new Gingerbread operating system not just helps the consumer in performing an array of tasks with convience but also dons a major role in more efficient management of power.
