'Samsung Mobile' intends to start new distribution deals and dealer partnerships. That means it wants to ensure good marketing of its Android smartphones and tablets in the 'business to business' (b2b) environment in the coming year.
Simon Stanford of Samsung Mobile stated that there is great opportunity to proceed successfully in the b2b space and the proper means and methods are being determined to achieve good results.
There is the need to strengthen the ties with dealers and distributors. Their needs must be looked into. Their involvement must be increased. They must be given the necessary support. Their suggestions must be considered. This will ensure better performance from them.
Stanford is also interested in organizing a dealer partnership programme. The dealers will be informed to state their requirement. Their feed back will be given importance.
Stafford also stated that the establishment will also work closely with the operators. Samsung Mobile has recently aligned with 'Juniper Networks' to ensure mobile security, connectivity and device management techniques for the b2b customers.
Stafford wants to target the tablet market also. The sale was not up to the mark in 2011.
The strategy will be suitably modified to produce better results.
Stafford feels that the tablets should have been targeted in the b2b market from the beginning.
