
There was simply mad rush in stores during the week-end for purchasing the eagerly awaited smartphone from Apple namely 'iPhone 4S'.
But after the initial craze it is learnt that about 20 % of the subscribers were a bit disappointed.
The truth is that the competitors of Apple have succeeded in unveiling phones of bigger screen and faster processors to compete with iPhone 4S. Their effort has not gone waste.
43% of the subscribers believe that they were disappointed because the rivals have brought out even better phone.
25% of the subscribers were not pleased with the low battery life of the phone.
For 8% of the subscribers, BlackBerry's email service was far better than that of iPhone4S.
The opinion of almost 1700 persons was sought. It is not known as to how many of them are buying a smartphone for the first time. Some of them may want to have a change from BlackBerry or some other make.
The technically sound consumers were totally disappointed with the iPhone 4S.
However, it does not mean that the phone is a flop. Things cannot be taken for granted from online polls, where grumblers override the satisfied customers.
'GoodMobilePhones', in charge of the survey, stated that smartphone envy is very common. The subscribers are not willing to disclose the deficiencies in their phone, because for them what they possess is the best phone. However it is true that a sizable number of them regretted for buying the Apple phone, especially because it was expected to be the best phone till date.
