Dell mobile phones which run on Microsoft's mobile operating system
Windows Phone 7, is targeted at business and corporate users and will offered by T-Mobile service provider and packed with T-Mobile applications. It is also expected in the UK, perhaps in October, before the holiday season and Christmas. The other phones using WP7 will be three smartphones from HTC- the Mozart, HD7 and Trophy, the Samsung Omnia 7, and LG Optimus 7.
The smartphone is a slider type phone and will have 4.1"WVGA AMOLED capacitive multi-touch display. It will have a nice QWERTY keypad sliding out and a handy tall form. For durability and scratch resistance the mobile phone uses "Gorilla Glass". It is expected to have at least 1GHz processor with 8GB of memory and a 5MP camera to live up to expectations.
The new OS has been built down up to give the users a new friendly experience. The UI will have hubs for easy access to social networking and games. As the platform becomes popular and accepted more applications are expected to arrive.
