A service, which converts social networking websites such as Twitter, Linkedln and Facebook to be conveniently available on feature mobile phones. The feature phones refer to the mobile phones other than smartphones that account for over 80 per cent of phones sold across the world.
According to the company operating with London as its base and offices in Tel Aviv and the Silicon Valley in the United States, the deal was anticipated for a completion in a few weeks' time. Although the firm has hardly given the financial details of the acquisition, it has been reported by Israeli news as valuing between dollar 40 million and dollar 70 million.
