Vodafone will also start selling the iPhones - the iPhone 3G, the iPhone 3GS with 16GB and the iPhone 3GS with 32GB of memory, starting January 14, 2010.
To stay abreast in the tough competition from the many mobile network operators, who are also retailing the iPhone, Vodafone will be offering attractive contracts too.
There are reports that Vodafone will be offering the Apple iPhone for free with a 2-year contract, just like Orange and O2. The per month charges start from £30. There are £35 and £40 contracts as well. The mobile internet usage limit for the Vodafone iPhone users is supposed to be 1GB. This is definitely very inviting. There will most probably be unlimited WiFi usage coupled with this as well. However, there will be extra charge for the service itself. Unlimited test messaging will be part of the contract too.
For those who do not wish to be bound by a contract, the mobile phone is available for a price of £239. The Apple iPhone can be pre-ordered on the Vodafone website currently.
