Porsche P9521 Flip Open Mobile Phone has been manufactured by Sagem for Porsche. Its casing is made out of pure aluminium and 1mm thick G3 mineral glass. The entire coating is blessed with a scratch-resistant coating and a biometric sensor for the screen exclusively, to sense finger print. This casing presents a brushed look, apart from proving to be sturdy enough to resist shocks. This phone excels, not only in the design part, but also in the technology part with a remarkable OLED screen that swivels up to 180 degree to the user's convenience. This screen that is 2.2” diagonal sized is supported by an accelerometer, apart from a smart light sensor. It is further backed up by QVGA resolution (320 x 240 pixels) and 262,000 colours. There is a secondary 1.1” screen too that comes with a resolution of 128 x 96 pixels, detailed by 65,000 colours.

This mobile phone that comes with a soft touch back cover also presents an extra slim key pad that emphatically explains ergonomics. This mobile phone boasts of a quad band GSM network enhancer that entitles it to function in a good number of countries around the globe, where some sort of network service excists. However, the communication data download aspect of this phone is limited with only the service of GPRS and EDGE to highlight, considering that the celebrated models of today comes with 3G or HSDPA. Connectivity part gets a shot in the arm by the inclusion of AADP and AVRCP profiles of Bluetooth. Another attraction here is the presence of an Opera Mini web browser. Pull Email is also allowed in this mobile phone.

Porsche P9521 Multimedia Mobile Phone comes with a 3.2MP camera that is complimented by LED flash, digital zoom, autofocus, video recording, quality enhancement and a torch to illuminate subjects in dark conditions for better video capture. Video playback is realised via MPEG 4 format. An advanced music player too comes with this mobile phone supported by Real stereo and 3D sound, which realises a good number of audio formats such as eAAC+, AAC+, AAC, WAV, MP3 and Midi. Finally, this mobile phone derives power from a Li-ion battery of 770mAh that in its turn provides 3.15 hours of talktime and 10 days of standby.
