The Samsung SCH-W960 mobile phone is the first 3D enabled mobile handset. The best part is that you do not require special glasses to view the 3D content. Both 2D and 3D images can be viewed on the screen. There's a button which enables switching between 2D and 3D modes too.

This is an AMOLED display screen measures 3.2" diagonally. It offers a 240 x 400 pixel-resolution. It sports the Samsung TouchWiz 2.0 user interface. The other Samsung SCH-W960 specs include a 3.2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, support for microSD cards of a maximum of 16GB. A built-in TV receiver is present as well. 3G ability is offered for speedy internet access too.

The Samsung SCH-W960 3D mobile phone is set for a South Korean release soon. It will be available on the following networks - LG Telecom, Korea Telecom and SK Telecom. There's no news regarding a UK release, or whether a different version of this device will be making it to UK shores yet.
