Samsung, the Korean mobile phone giant recently made an announcement about the launch of its latest handset, Samsung E2232 DUOS mobile phone.

This handset is a basic model boasting of an affordable price. This device will also be known as a pocket friendly handset. This device has dedicated button on the front and will be popular a music friendly device.

Samsung E2232 DUOS mobile phone is a dual sim handset that engages dual band GSM technology for networking. The data link feature of this mobile phone is GPRS. The local short distance connectivity feature available in this mobile phone is Bluetooth. The browser of Samsung E2232 DUOS mobile phone is WAP 2.0/xHTML enabled.

Samsung E2232 DUOS moile phone provides a VGA camera at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels with QCIF video recording at 15 frames per second. Formats supported for audio and video are MP3 and H.263. Some of the other features included are FM radio, MP3 ringtones, loudspeaker, Games and 3.5mm audio jack.

Samsung E2232 DUOS mobile phone has a 1.77 inch TFT display with 65k colours and 128 x 160 pixels resolution. The phonebook holds 1000 entries with call record option. The texting features include MMS, SMS and Email.

Some of the features are Organizer, Voice memo, Flashlight and Predictive text input. An expandable microSD is also offered by this gadget. The battery of this handset is standard Li-Ion.
